Martin Webster founded Fondel Chemicals in 1995, at the time called Rockford Metals & Chemicals. In his current role as President and CFO, Martin draws on more than 40 years of experience in the metals and chemicals industries — from suppliers through to customers—gaining competitive advantages that are routinely passed along to Fondel’s current customers.

Prior to starting Fondel, Martin held a number of senior management roles in Purchasing, Sales and Marketing and Market Development, working for companies in Canada, Europe and the USA.

Martin earned a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

After graduating from University in 1983, John went to work for Chemical importer Kingsley and Keith Canada Inc where he learned the Chemical distribution business from the ground up. He spent a year on the order desk where he learned both the sales and supply chain portion of the business, then he went into sales for the next 2 years where he excelled and became a top performing sales rep during that time frame.

After that, John moved onto Van Waters and Rogers ( now Univar ) where he spend 3 years as a Sales Rep, before being promoted to Business Development Manager for the next number of years.

John also spent some time at a few other chemical distributors including Tempo Chemicals and Charles Tennant Ltd (Prospec Chemical) where he was employed in a number of roles including Product Manager, Business Development Manager , Sales Manager and Sales Representative.

In 1999 he joined forces with Martin Webster at Rockford Metals, which would become Greendown Canada. The company is now rebranded into Fondel Chemicals Limited where John is a co-owner.

John has an extensive knowledge of World Markets, Chemical suppliers, Logistics, and hopes to assist all of the company’s customers in achieving the best economical and service based outcomes for them, allowing for creative solutions to their supply management issues and of course keeping the Customers’ needs first and foremost!

Lisa has over 10 years experience in the Feed Industry. The knowledge gained during this time has provided her with experience in knowing what is required in this role and how to not only meet but exceed our customers expectations. She has held a customer service role within a number of departments. She has also assisted with the development of processes to improve the services provided. Being able to rapidly grasp new technologies has enabled her to be involved with training others as well. As Operations Coordinator, Lisa will be available to assist clients with a variety of tasks and requirements.

Lisa holds a Business Management degree. She is fully bilingual which is an asset when communicating and translating in French is required.

Brad manages the Animal Feed & Fertilizer Ingredient division at Fondel Chemicals. Bringing over 15 years of agricultural distribution experience to the company, he is responsible for all supply chain, regulatory, sales and customer service related functions. With a post secondary education in Supply Chain Management, along with several certifications in the same discipline, Brad understands the global marketplace and how to distribute materials in a secure, safe, reliable and economical way. Brad’s focus is working with international company’s to supply the North American agricultural market with quality animal feed and fertilizer ingredients.

Following graduation in 1982, Vince was employed in the Zinc Oxide business for more than 25 years, involved in both Quality Management and Global Sales. Prior to joining Fondel in 2013, Vince serviced a vast customer base in the agricultural, pharmaceutical, rubber, coatings, animal/human nutrition, personal care and mining sectors. Continuing those activities with Fondel, Vince is customer focused and represents the voice of the customer. Vince is on a mission with Fondel Chemicals Limited to help customer’s procure all their raw material needs in the most effective and efficient way possible
