John Sammut joins Rockford and Mining Division is formed.

Joint venture formed with Palm Commodities Inc. of the U.S.A. to market metals and chemicals on behalf of Palm’s Sulfuric.com web portal.
2001
Founding Greendown (Canada) Ltd.
Formation of Greendown (Canada) Ltd. in partnership with Greendown (Holland) B.V. All business activities of Rockford transferred to the new company.
2011
Rebrand Greendown (Canada) Ltd.
Greendown (Canada) Ltd. rebranded as Fondel Chemicals Ltd. in line with the corporate rebranding in Europe.
2013
Founding Fondel Chemicals Limited
Martin Webster and John Sammut purchase majority control of Fondel Chemicals from Holland. New Canadian controlled company registered as Fondel Chemicals Limited.
2017
100% Canadian Ownership and formation of Fondel Chemicals and animal feed ingredients division
Balance of shares for Fondel purchased from Holland, making Fondel Chemicals Limited a 100% Canadian owned corporation. Formation of Fondel’s new Animal Feed Ingredient Division

Fondel Expands in Ontario
